You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:

- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

2. How to Request a Return

- Wait for Approval: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item Back: Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Include a copy of your proof of purchase in the package.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days of approval.
Refund Methods:
- Payments made via credit card or PayPal will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds for gift purchases will be issued as store credit.
Deductions:
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- If the product was damaged due to misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct repair costs.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide Evidence: Send photos of the damaged item and the packaging to info@peakrapic.net.
- Resolution: We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or PayPal balance.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds may take some time to post.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless:
